Non-Refund Policy
Once Bundle is successfully loaded onto a number it cannot be canceled or refunded.
The same applies if the bundle is successfully submitted to the recharge engine but due to delay is not yet loaded. Once it is submitted it cannot be refunded.
Recharge failure
Refund claims will be handled individually upon submission of a claim to refund@rechargeme.co.za.
Supply your full name, ID number, email address , amount of refund being claimed, reason for refund,
and date of transaction for which refund is being claimed.
If a refund is approved you will be contacted for details of how the refund is to be made.
